As a tall female (5'10") I had a full range of motion. Absoluetly recommend this leg press.
I really enjoy this piece of equipment. The extra retrofit pulley that's added to it makes it like night and day different much much better that was something that I received after the original package came and I was happy to see it.
I’m really impressed with my Lions Cool Version 4 Leg Extension Lying Leg Curl machine. The build is solid, the movement feels great, and it actually makes leg day enjoyable (never thought I’d say that lol.
My adjustment knob arrived damaged from shipping, but I reached out to Nick and he immediately sent a replacement part—super fast and hassle-free. I also bought the machine during a Black Friday sale, and when the price dropped again a few days later, they credited my account the difference. That kind of customer service is rare these days.

Bang for the buck makes this a smart buy for your leg training equipment. Honestly want to give this a 5 star rating, but I can't due to the final construction. While many have noted the leg extension bar is not squarely aligned with the seat pad, mine is pretty close but not quite there. I can feel the unevenness, but its exaggerated due to the loose feel of the seat assembly construction. I will add some washers to the hinge points to take up some play/slack and reevaluate. Only other issue is the thin padding material of the leg bar. I will need to replace it because with heavier weight, results in the cross bar being felt on the ankle/lower shin bones. Quite distracting. Keep it under 300# and its tolerable. Performance and weight capacity/control/settings are fantastic! This is great for extensions, curls and hip thrusts/glute bridge exercises. Not likely to outgrow this machine anytime soon. Im 5'11 200# (just turned 55!) for reference and it fits me just fine. If you're still on the fence, just jump off and get this. This shipped very fast and assembly was super easy.
Unit is very well made and quite solid. The pulleys are smooth and assembly was straightforward. It is a bit tricky to get the center mounting bolts in place without the right tools but it’s doable.
Awesome piece of equipment. I’m 6’1” tall and all the adjustments for both the leg extensions and leg curls make each movement very comfortable. Most importantly, as someone who is on limited time, shifting from one exercise to the next can be done extremely efficiently and with minimal wasted time. The cost was the cherry on top.
I’ve been very impressed with the quality and design of this machine. The parts feel solid, the bearings are smooth, and the aluminum pulley operates effortlessly. Assembly was straightforward for me—though I’ll note that I’m mechanically inclined, so others may find it a bit more challenging. But good instructions are provided.
One improvement I noticed compared to earlier reviews is the fastener packaging. Mine arrived in a vacuum-sealed package inside a cardboard envelope, which kept everything organized and easy to access. That’s a thoughtful upgrade from Lionscool.
Another upgrade I appreciated is the spring pin placement. Some users mentioned it rubbed against the seat, but in my version, the pin has been moved back so it no longer interferes. Again, a sign that Lionscool listens to customer feedback.
As for usability, switching between leg extensions and curls is quick and simple. The machine feels sturdy, and both my son and I use it a couple of times a week without issue. It’s genuinely fun to train on.
The one feature I wish it had is a sundial-style adjustment on the foot bar instead of the single peg. That would make fine-tuning the setup much easier. Still, this is a minor drawback compared to the overall build quality and improvements.
Overall, I love seeing a company that pays attention to customer feedback and keeps refining its products. That’s why I wanted to take the time to share my experience—this machine is well worth it.
It was everything I wanted. Sturdy, well built and arrived quickly. Customer service was also great because I accidentally ordered the wrong model initially and they helped me resolve the issue quickly and hassle free. I will definitely purchase more in the future from Lionscool.
Excellent piece added to my home gym. I absolutely love the iso feature. Easy to assemble and is smooth as butta when pressing weight. Not to mention it was in my budget range.

Pleasantly surprised. I was a little leary of buying, but after several reviews and watching several videos I decided to purchase and try it for myself. I was shock at how well this machine is built, and how well it works. I so glad I didn't purchase a selectorized machine because this leg extension has an amazing strength curve. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quality budget machine.
This leg extension has been awesome 👌. I use it twice a week. Its very solid and feels comfortable. It holds a good amount of weight. Im 6'2" 260lbs and I have no issues with height or stability. Definitely a great buy👍
I received the shipment in a reasonable amount of time. It came in two boxes a day apart. The second box had two holes in it and after opening it I discovered that the packet that held the nuts and bolts had broken open. I sorted what I gathered thanks to a handy guide in the instruction sheet and put it together. IThe instructions were pertty straight forward and it wasn't too difficult.
It turned out I was only missing three bolts, a nut, and a couple of washers. I emailed customer service that night, after hours, and received a response that night from Nick who stated he would ship the hardware, and a few extra pieces right away. I received them about a week later. I'm very happy with the machine and satisfied with the customer service response.
The fact that this is the best budget leg extension / curl machine on the market, is undisputed at this point. By the way, I love the resistance profile of this one: it's at its heaviest in the start of the rep, when your muscle is stretched at its maximum. What I want to point out is that this machine should be a priority before you even consider a functional trainer or any other machine in your gym. As far as machines go, you shouldn't buy any other machine before getting your leg extension / curl.
Assume you have your basics: barbell, weights, adjustable dumbbells, squat rack with high/low pulley and adjustable bench.
This leg extension / curl machine should be the VERY next thing you get. There aren't any barbell or dumbbell exercises that can mimic the leg extension and curl, so there's nothing else but a machine. And these exercises are tier 1, so in terms of adding quality exercises to your program...you can't do much better than this.
99% of the exercises you do on a functional trainer you can do with the high/low pulley on your squat rack attachment, so it's this leg machine before you even think about a functional trainer.
I’ve had this piece of equipment for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it! The smooth motion and strength curve is exactly what I was looking for. I love the adjustability it offers for multiple sized people. I am 6’2” 220 pounds and I have plenty of room on this machine. The pads are surprisingly comfortable. The vinyl is cheap but the pads are stiff enough not to cause discomfort. The finish they use on the machine is not the best and the welds look pretty rough but I believe they will hold just fine. I have loaded a lot of weight on this machine and it handles it just fine. The back rest has a lot of play in it but when you are using the machine it feels solid. My BIGGEST complaint is that the bar for the leg roller is crooked so your legs are not even when performing the exercise. I attached a picture to show what I’m talking about. I don’t know if mine is the only one like that because I received one of the first V4 or if they all come that way. Other than that this thing is amazing and 100% worth the money! I highly recommend this for any home gym!
Update: Nick from their customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement part for the movement arm and now everything is straight and level! See updated picture. Great company and great service!
Leg extension is crooked on right side down about 3/4”. Replacement part was sent and still crooked. Otherwise very solid machine. Just wish the leg pad was straight. Very important for leg development evenly

UPDATE— Lionscool sent me another part that completely eliminated the problem. Leg part is no longer crooked. They are a 5 star company. They didn’t have to fix the part but they did because they truly care about the customer. I am so impressed by their service. Rest assured that they will take care of any problems if they arise. Also the machine is great. Smooth as any leg extension I’ve ever used. Highly recommend!!
Exactly what I was looking for! Now I can load more plates on my dumbbell exercises.
Build quality seems to be great, collars are holding up to metal plates, I haven't loaded it down a ton, but I would believe that it can hold up to around the advertised weight capacity (although I'm not sure why you could put 700 lbs on an E-Z bar). Diameter is the reason I purchased this bar, as I didn't want the smaller mm diametered bars. Also helps that this bar looks excellent and feels good. The Knurling isn't overly aggressive, but it's not weak or useless. Hoping this will be the one and only E-Z bar that I purchase. Almost two months in and no complaints.
I just received my pair of Lìonscool loadable dumbell handles (20 inch black). Of course I don't know yet about the long term durability or functionality of this product, but I'll tell you about my first impressions.
The quality, fit, and finish are absolutely top notch. They seem unbelievably robust without anything seeming chintzy or cheep. I didn't think that you could get such a high quality product at this low ($85.00 + shipping) of a price. I have no doubt whatsoever that these dumbell handles will still be functioning well long after I'm long gone and forgotten. Highly recommend. Oh, by the way, these dumbell handles are only for use with Olympic style barbell plates.
This olympic curl bar is top quality for the price! Feels great while doing hammer curls on my bench, the rotation and curvature is just right for wrist comfort. I'm a happy camper!
I could probably load these up to 70 lbs before I ran out of space. Comfortable
