Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Most orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouses within 2 business days.

Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number associated with your order. The delivery will usually take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination, once the parcels have left our warehouse. The total delivery time would be 3-9 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can visit Track Your Order page and get the tracking information by entering your tracking number. 

If you have not received the package within fifteen business days after successfully placing the order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We cannot guarantee your order will be recovered/refunded if customer service is not notified of the issue within 30 days of your original estimated delivery date. 

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

  • United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all APO/FPO military addresses)
  • Canada

(For orders shipping to Canada, free shipping applies to most areas. However, certain remote or extended-area locations may incur additional shipping charges. These charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery postal code and will be displayed at checkout before payment)

We are working to expand our shipping coverage to more regions in the future.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Tracking Your Order
To track your order, simply use the tracking number provided in your Shipment Confirmation email. You can use this number to view the status of your package.

FedEx ETA Updates
Please note that if you receive an email with a FedEx ETA, the system will automatically generate the tracking number and an estimated delivery time. However, once the shipment is processed, updates to the delivery schedule may occur. Please always refer to the latest update from FedEx for accurate delivery information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lionscool Fitness is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages
In the rare event that your package is damaged during delivery, please retain all packing materials, including labels on the box. You should immediately contact our customer support team at support@lionscool.com with the subject line [Order Number] Damage Report [Products]. Please include photos of the damage and packaging, which will help us process a refund or reshipment.

International Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and carrier service coverage.

For Canadian orders, free shipping is available to most areas. Additional shipping fees for remote or extended locations are automatically calculated at checkout based on the postal code.
